When accepting insurance, treatments are typically bound by visit limits, rigid authorization requirements, and decreasing reimbursement rates. These limitations often lead to shorter appointment times, less one-on-one care, and a focus on meeting insurance criteria rather than truly optimizing your recovery.
By contrast, a cash-based model allows the therapist and patient to collaborate directly - without interference from third-party payers - ensuring that every treatment decision is guided by clinical expertise and the patient’s individual goals.
We believe in giving patients greater control over their healthcare. Rather than waiting for authorization or having to navigate confusing insurance networks, patients can access care when they need it most - immediately, not weeks.

No! Texas now allows patients to see a physical therapist directly for 30 days before obtaining a referral.
After that point, you will need a referral from one of the following: physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, chiropractor, podiatrist (for foot/ankle issues), or a dentist (for oral/TMJ issues).
If you do not have a primary care provider, we will help you find one to get a referral quickly and affordably.

Before your first appointment, please complete the New Patient Forms that will be sent to you so we can create your medical chart and review your information beforehand.
If you are unable to complete the forms early, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first appointment so you have plenty of time to fill them out without taking away from your evaluation time.
